Va. Gov. Participates in Red Oak Ceremony

Virginia Gov. Mark Warner, Senator Frank Ruff, Representatives from Clarksville, Chase City and Mecklenburg County along with other dignitaries were on hand to help cut the ribbon for ROES’ new corporate facility. Gov. Warner also presented Red Oak E-Commerce Solutions Inc. with an original stock certificate to the Virginia Company, which founded and developed Virginia.
Shawn Maloney, president of ROES stated, “This new building is just one indicator of our growth toward becoming the nation’s premier EDI provider. Our goal is to provide superior EDI products and customer support to claim administrators and state jurisdictions.”
Pat Cannon, vice president of Sales & Marketing added, “We thank all of our clients that have selected ROES for their EDI services. Their support and confidence in our products contributed to ROES’ success and expansion into our new facility.”
Red Oak E-Commerce Solutions, is a provider of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) services for the workers’ compensation industry. ROES supplies software that collects, edits and transfers workers’ comp data electronically to meet all states’ reporting requirements.
ROES offers traditional EDI capabilities via WEB entry or full EDI integration with claims management systems using the IAIABC Release 1, 2 or 3 formats or XML.
