TLC Restoration Unveils AQUADRY Systems by DryPro

Disaster Kleenup International Inc., a network of quality, independent property damage restoration contractors, announced that TLC Restoration Inc., a DKI member company located in West Orange, N.J., has introduced a new structural drying company, called AQUADRY Systems LLC. TLC embarked on this new business venture in partnership with Statewide Restoration.

AQUADRY Systems has formed a partnership with DRYAIR Inc. to develop and manufacture a new line of trailer mounted restoration drying equipment designed “for the restoration professional by the restoration professional.” This new product line is called AQUADRY Systems by DryPro, with units that can dry areas from 4,000sf to 45,000sf.

AQUADRY Systems will market and distribute the product line to the restoration industry highlighting the hot air drying system. Hot air drying has reportedly been proven to help minimize the amount of demolition required to effectively dry a structure, thus resulting in lower reconstruction costs and a happier customer.

The AQUADRY units offer benefits to the restoration professional. The product line is reportedly extremely flexible, with many plug and play components. This allows for custom drying configurations and the ability to be cost effective in many different drying situations. AQUADRY units are available in a variety of fuel types, from propane to diesel to natural gas. All units are reportedly very fuel-efficient and are easy to set up and monitor.

During the last few months, AQUADRY Systems debuted the AQUADRY Systems by Drypro product line during a beta test New Jersey. AQUADRY Systems recruited the services of Insurance Restoration Specialists, a DKI member company located in Middlesex County, N.J., to test the AQUADRY trailer mounted drying systems in a range of applications.

As a DKI network participant Insurance Restoration Specialists was reportedly able to deliver rapid response and quality service during the large deluge of claims they recently experienced.

The trailer units were used to dry an array of different structures ranging from mansions, large single-family homes, restaurants, strip malls, universities, office buildings and hotels.
