N.H. Woman Sues After Crash That Killed Unborn Daughter
A Hampton, N.H. woman who delivered a stillborn baby hours after a crash two years ago is suing the other driver.
Kelly Marie was eight months pregnant when a pickup truck sideswiped her car. She delivered the baby girl three hours later.
The other driver, Steven D’Andrea of Amesbury, Mass., later was convicted of driving while intoxicated.
Marie recently filed a lawsuit seeking compensation for her own injuries as well as for the death of her daughter. The suit names D’Andrea and another teenager she believes served D’Andrea alcohol before the crash.
