More than $400 in Copper Piping Stolen from Delaware Home
State Police say someone stole copper piping from a Wilmington, Del. home, causing the basement to flood.
Police say sometime between 1 p.m. Friday and noon Saturday someone broke into the home in the 5000 block of Lancaster Pike.
They say the homeowner wasn’t around when someone forced a garage door open and pried open an interior door, then took more than $400 in piping from the basement, causing the basement to flood with water.
