Maryland Investigators Probe Arson at Former Post Office
State fire investigators are investigating a fire set at a former post office in Harford County, Maryland
A passer-by discovered the fire at the building in the 600 block of Joppa Farm Road in Joppa around 5 a.m. Saturday and called 911.
Deputy State Fire Marshals say someone intentionally started the fire in the building that had been vacant for about two years and is currently under renovations.
It took about 45 firefighters about 10 minutes to bring the fire under control but not before it caused about $10,000 in damage to the building.
