Female Ex-Construction Worker Sues in New York over Sex Harassment
A female former construction safety coordinator has filed a $20 million sexual harassment lawsuit in New York City.
Bianca Wisniewski sued her former employer, Total Safety Consulting of Long Island City, JPMorgan Chase, and a male construction worker in state Supreme Court in Manhattan.
The 43-year-old claims elevator operator Steve Greco groped her and made lewd comments at JPMorgan’s Park Avenue construction site in 2007.
Wisniewski says her bosses brushed off her complaints. She says she was later fired and replaced by a man.
Greco denies knowing Wisniewski. Total Safety Consulting didn’t immediately return a message Tuesday. JPMorgan Chase declined comment.
