Two Plead Guilty in Virginia Furniture Store Fire
Two men have pleaded guilty to federal charges of setting an $800,000 fire that damaged a Virginia furniture store and surrounding businesses.
U.S. Attorney Julia Dudley said 23-year-old Jason Ronald Varona and 25-year-old Sidney Montre Terry pleaded guilty Monday to charges related to a fire last August at Weekend Sofa Outlet.
No date has been set for their sentencing.
Another man, 44-year-old Michael Antwan Lee, has pleaded guilty in the case and will be sentenced Sept. 1.
Authorities are still looking for the owner of the business, Jay Aneja, who also was indicted in February.
