Fire Probed at Western Pennsylvania Golf Course Clubhouse
A state police fire marshal is investigating a blaze that destroyed the clubhouse at a western Pennsylvania golf course.
Murrysville police Chief Thomas Seefeld says his officers were on routine patrol when they saw smoke at the Rolling Fields Golf Course clubhouse about 4:30 a.m. Sunday.
Nobody was on the property at the time and no injuries were reported.
About 100 golf carts were also destroyed.
The public golf course is about 20 miles east of Pittsburgh.
