Manchester, New Hampshire Seeking Ties Between Arson Fires
Fire investigators in New Hampshire’s largest city are trying to determine if a fire outside a home over the weekend believed to be arson was related to a series of fires reported over the last several months.
The New Hampshire Union Leader says the Saturday fire outside a dwelling on Canton Street in Manchester was most likely started with an accelerant like gasoline, but it extinguished itself without igniting the building.
Manchester officials are investigating five arson fires were set between March and mid-May, while another three were set within two hours May 29-30.
