Massive Tire Pile Catches Fire in Northeastern Pennsylvania
Emergency officials say a pile of about 1,000 tires caught fire at an auto parts store in northeastern Pennsylvania.
The massive blaze started in Hazle Township, just outside Hazleton, around 7:15 p.m. Monday.
Dozens of firefighters and nearly two dozen tanker trucks responded.
There’s no word on how the fire started.
