Simultaneous Pennsylvania Fires Called ‘Suspicious’
A state police fire marshal says simultaneous fires in southwestern Pennsylvania at two properties owned by the same family are suspicious.
Investigators are trying to determine whether there is a connection between the fires that destroyed a sawmill and a barn on separate parcels in Fayette County early Sunday.
The sawmill was reported on fire about 1:50 a.m. in Springfield Township. The barn fire was reported 10 minutes later in Saltlick Township. Both structures were destroyed.
