Geico to Hire 150 in Virginia This Year
Insurance company Geico plans to hire 150 workers in Virginia Beach by the end of the year.
The Virginian-Pilot says Geico wants to fill 100 openings in May, including sales and customer service agents and claims representatives. Another 50 workers would be hired by the end of the year.
Geico employs more than 2,300 in Virginia Beach and is one of the city’s largest employers.
