Man Dies After Falling from New York Parking Garage
Authorities say they’re investigating the death of a man who apparently fell off the top floor of an Albany hospital’s parking garage.
Police and fire crews responding to an emergency call from a hospital worker around 9:30 a.m. Monday found the man near one of St. Peter’s Hospital’s two parking garages.
Police say the man in his 50’s was found unresponsive in the roadway leading into the three-story parking garage. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials say his death doesn’t appear to be suspicious.
Police say the man, whose name was to be released later Monday, lived in Albany.
The investigation into how he fell continues.
