2 Teens Charged in Theft From Delaware Construction Site
New Castle County, Del., police say two teenagers have been arrested after allegedly stealing pipe from a construction site.
Officers say about 8:30 p.m. Monday, a witness reported seeing two suspects take property from the construction site at Andromeda Drive and Grissom Way in Bear. Police stopped a pickup truck that was traveling through the area and found several large pieces of pipe strapped to a utility trailer attached to the truck.
The two 17-year-old males were charged with felony theft and other offenses. They were released to their parents on $2,100 unsecured bond.
