New Hampshire Men Charged in String of Arsons, Burglaries
19-year-old man is facing charges in New Hampshire in connection with four arsons and several burglaries in Concord.
Jesse Vaigrt of Weare turned himself into police Friday and was released on bail. Police have also issued arrest warrants for 18-year-old Jacob Bouchard of Concord for his role in the fires and break-ins.
Police say Vaigrt and Bouchard set fires at a skate park and in two Dumpsters and broke into a sporting goods store and stole a $3,500 mountain bike in the overnight hours of Jan. 2 and 3.
The men are also charged with setting another fire and breaking into two stores three nights later.
Police have not located Bouchard and say he may have shaved his head to alter his appearance.
