Delaware Man Charged With 129 Counts in Burglaries
Delaware State Police have charged a man with 129 offenses in numerous burglaries of home under construction throughout Sussex County.
Forty-five-year-old Frank Fleming of Lincoln was arrested June 29. He is being held on $42,700 secured bond.
Troopers say between April and June, Fleming targeted residences that were under construction and used a cutting tool in order to remove copper wiring from air conditioner units.
