New York City Museum Intern Dies After Falling Off Roof
Police say a woman has died after falling off a Manhattan roof during a party.
The New York Times says that 23-year-old Cindy Yeh of Brooklyn was an intern at the Museum of Modern Art.
Police say she slipped while dancing early Sunday and fell four stories onto the street in Greenwich Village. She died later at a hospital.
The museum said in a statement that it was “greatly saddened” by the loss of a “beloved member of the MoMA family.”
Yeh attended the University of California, San Diego, and held several internships in Los Angeles in the art world before coming to New York.
