Navigators’ ‘A’ Ratings Reaffirmed
The Navigators Group, Inc. announced that both A.M. Best Company and Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services have reaffirmed their ‘A’ ratings for Navigators Insurance Company and NIC Insurance Company.
In reports released in June 2003, both Best and S&P reaffirmed ‘A’ ratings for the Navigators’ subsidiaries. Commenting on the reports, Stanley Galanski, president and CEO, stated, “At a time when the importance of financial strength is paramount in the minds of insurance buyers, we are pleased to maintain ratings that reflect Navigators’ conservative balance sheet and consistently strong operating performance.”
