Metropolitan Health Group Chooses Captiva’s FormWare to Capture Claims

Captiva Software Corp., a provider of input management solutions, announced that Metropolitan Health Group (MHG), a South African medical administration provider, has selected FormWare, Captiva’s forms processing solution, to capture and process the more than 2 million medical claim forms and related documents the organization receives every year. The new contract expands Captiva’s existing relationship with MHG, which is a long-time user of InputAccel, Captiva’s flagship document capture solution.

MHG will utilize FormWare as an integral part of its technology platform in administering medical services to its insurance provider and blue-chip corporate customers, which include oil giant BP and South Africa’s national airline, SAA.

In deploying FormWare, MHG will utilize a single platform for processing claims and other forms regardless of their format or medium of origination.
