GAB Robins Names Chairman of Global Operations
GAB Robins Group of Companies, one of the world’s leading claims services firms, announced that Jun Tsusaka has been named Chairman of its global operations. Joseph Zubretsky, who joined GAB Robins in 1999, will remain as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director, globally. Mr. Tsusaka, who is currently a Director of GAB Robins and a Principal at Brera, the New York based capital firm that owns the majority interest in GAB Robins, has been Brera’s lead Partner, working with GAB Robins since it was acquired by Brera in 1999. Mr. Tsusaka, as Chairman, will focus on the strategic planning aspects of the global enterprise while Mr. Zubretsky’s emphasis, as CEO and President, will be focused on customer partnerships, and the operational and revenue enhancing aspects of the business.
“Joe Zubretsky and I have been working in close partnership for over four years,” said Jun Tsusaka, Chairman. “In accordance with good corporate governance, we believe this more focused approach to managing the global enterprise will further strengthen the company, globally, and allow both of us to focus on the continued growth of GAB Robins.”
