Crawford Netherlands Receives ISO Renewal Again
Crawford & Company announced that its Netherlands operation has been awarded a renewal of its ISO 9001:2000 certificate for another three years. Crawford Netherlands operation has held an ISO 9001:2000 certificate continuously since 1996.
The audit, conducted by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance, encompassed the operational performance and management of
Crawford & Company (Nederland ) B.V. and its subsidiaries, HDS GROEP and Crawford Bene-fit BV.
ISO 9001:2000 specifies requirements for a quality management system in which an organization must demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products that meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements and aim to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.
