Best Issues China Rating Report
A.M. Best Co. has released its country risk report on China, classifying it as “Tier III.” It can be accessed at: www.ambest.com.hk/countryrisk.

“On April 2, 2007, A.M. Best issued its first rating in China to Lloyd’s Reinsurance Company (China) Limited (LRCCL). The company was assigned a financial strength rating of ‘A’ (Excellent) and an issuer credit rating of “a”. The ratings are in line with that of LRCCL’s parent company, Lloyd’s of London.”
