Ratings Roundup: Generali IARD & Vie
Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services has assigned its “AA” long-term counterparty credit and insurer financial strength ratings to Generali IARD and Generali Vie, the main operating entities of the French holding company, Generali France (not rated). The outlook on both entities is stable. The ratings reflect S&P’s view that “these two entities are core to Italy-based composite insurer Assicurazioni Generali SpA (Generali; AA/Stable/–).”
