Venezuela’s transportation minister says two trains have collided outside Caracas and that officials are headed to the site.
Transportation Minister Francisco Garces confirmed the collision on state television Thursday, saying the two trains collided in a tunnel in Los Valles del Tuy in the Caracas suburbs.
