York International Expands Financial Lines Capabilities in London
York International, a subsidiary of York Risk Services Group and a part of York Specialized Loss Adjusting, has appointed Carlos Michel as senior adjuster in a further expansion of its Financial Lines claims capabilities in London.
Michel will deliver claims adjusting services on cash in transit, specie and related lines. He reports to Norman Mitchell, executive director and head of Financial Lines in York International’s London headquarters.
He has a range of specialist adjusting expertise in financial institutions, professional indemnity and specie claims as well as experience in cash in transit, directors & officers and commercial crime losses with adjusting firms including VRS Vericlaim UK, Charles Taylor and Cunningham Lindsey.
Prior to becoming a loss adjuster, Michel was a broker working in claims and account management across financial lines and private client areas on a local and international basis with firms including Aon, Willis and Gallagher Heath.
