Grange Insurance Licenses Injury Sciences’ WrExpert to Evaluate Auto Claims
Injury Sciences LLC announced that Grange Insurance of Columbus, Ohio is the latest licensee of WrExpert®, Injury Sciences’ flagship product for fighting exaggerated soft-tissue claims.
“Grange’s claims philosophy is to exceed our policyholders’ service expectations, to thoroughly investigate each claim and to provide fair and accurate claims settlement,” stated Lyle Rhodebeck, Grange’s vice president of Claims. “WrExpert® is a tool that will assist us in evaluating injury claims and will help people who are injured to receive prompt and fair compensation.”
Scott Palmer, Injury Sciences’ CEO added, “Grange is well known as a leader in deploying claims technology to better serve its policyholders. We are delighted to have them as part of our rapidly growing customer list. WrExpert® is helping 7 of the top 20 auto insurers in the United States fight exaggerated soft-tissue claims and provide more thorough and consistent claim evaluations.”
Grange piloted WrExpert® in several Ohio claims locations and reportedly found that it significantly reduced the time necessary to pay meritorious claims, as well as reduced the time necessary to investigate and evaluate claims that were questionable.
