CCC Pathways Independent Appraisal Solution Chosen by McCloud Claims Service

Chicago-based CCC Information Services Group Inc. announced that McCloud Claims Service, Inc. has selected its CCC Pathways® Independent Appraisal Solution, an automated estimating solution specifically designed for independent appraisers (IAs), for use in its nine office locations. CCC is a supplier of information and technology software and services to the auto-claims and collision-repair industries.

CCC Pathways Independent Appraisal Solution, first introduced in 1998, enables independent appraisers to increase the speed and efficiency of the repair-calculation process by reducing the manual re-keying of claims information.

Recently redesigned exclusively around dispatch and re-assignment functions, CCC Pathways Independent Appraisal Solution allows IAs to centralize and then reassign work orders to more efficiently balance their workloads. The application also uses EZNet®, CCC’s communication network, to make supplement writing and estimate editing easy from anywhere an Internet connection is available.
