Iowa Agent Arrested on Drug Charge
A Muscatine, Iowa, insurance agent was recently arrested by the city’s drug task force and faces multiple federal drug charges, according to the Muscatine Journal.
Law-enforcement officials alleged that Brandon Wayne Buster, 27, sold and distributed cocaine and marijuana for years at his home, 2413 131st St., in Moscow, Iowa.
A Drug Enforcement Administration informant tipped off authorities to the insurance agent’s drug dealing. Buster’s agency is called Farm Bureau Insurance. Buster had told the informant during a wiretapped phone call that he would sell him 36 ounces of cocaine and seven pounds of marijuana for nearly $60,000, authorities alleged.
