Germantown Mutual Adds ImageRight System
Wisconsin-based Germantown Mutual Insurance Company, an insurer offering personal and commercial insurance, has purchased the ImageRight document management system, including the ImageRight Desktop and Advanced Workflow, outgoing fax and e-mail capabilities, e-mail receiver, archive and unarchive module, the software developer’s toolkit, import Module and the FastTRACK Implementation Program. Germantown Mutual recently went live with claims imaging and will begin using imaging in underwriting in 2005.
“Imaging makes more us efficient, improves workflow and saves paper,” said Richard Smith, president. “ImageRight stood out among its peers because it works exclusively with insurance companies. They understand our problems and how an insurer operates. Installation was quick.”
“Germantown’s premiums have grown nearly seven-fold in the past ten years. By eliminating inefficient paper files, they’ll handle their ever-growing volume of business effectively and continue to provide fast, friendly claim service,” added Don Elias, co-founder and principal of ImageRight.
