Investigators: Child starts Omaha fire
Fire investigators said a child playing with a lighter caused a house fire in southeast Omaha this weekend.
The investigation showed a 10-year-old was in a bedroom closet playing with a lighter, sparking the blaze.
Capt. Jim Gentile said the fire caused about $20,000 worth of damage to the home. No one was hurt.
