One woman is dead and a downtown business is destroyed in two separate fires in the Tomahawk, Wis., area.
The fatal fire happened at a home in the town of Bradley. Firefighters tried to revive a 77-year-old woman found in the home. She was taken by helicopter to Sacred Heart Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Another fire destroyed the family owned Cover to Cover book store in downtown Tomahawk. Tenants who lived above the bookstore got out safely.
