Fargo Men Face Insurance Fraud Charges
A father and son are accused of causing 37 car crashes in Fargo, N.D., over two years in an insurance fraud scheme.
Forty-three-year-old Sead Mustafic and his 24-year-old son, Senad, allegedly defrauded insurance companies of more than $10,000.
Both men are charged with conducting an illegal enterprise and theft of property, both felonies. The father also is charged with a felony count of insurance fraud, while the son faces a misdemeanor fraud count.
The men did not make court appearances. Calls to a telephone listing for Senad Mustafic did not go through.
