OSHA Inspector Charged with False Reporting in Kansas
An inspector with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration is charged in Kansas with lying about performing inspections at work sites.
A three-count federal indictment made public Wednesday alleges Douglas W. McComb falsely indicated on OSHA reports that he had inspected two construction sites in Wichita and one in Olathe.
McComb was summoned to appear April 18 in U.S. District Court in Wichita.
Court records do not indicate whether he has retained an attorney. No listed telephone number for him could be found.
