18 Arson Fires Unsolved in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
Cape Girardeau investigators are still trying to resolve 18 arson investigations for fires that have occurred since 2008.
The Southeast Missourian reports that nine arsons from 2008 remain unsolved, along with five from 2009, three in 2010 and one this year.
Most troubling is the 2008 blaze that killed 42-year-old George Robinson. The person who set that fire could face murder charges.
Authorities say many of the unsolved fires occurred at vacant buildings.
