Founders Names Nielsen Commercial Claims Manager
In addition to supervisory responsibilities, Nielsen will also collaborate with senior management in the development of coverage and claim handling protocols to enhance operational efficiency in the commercial unit.
Nielsen fills a newly created management role created to further advance Founders’ plan to expand its surplus lines business into new product lines.
He brings to the position extensive experience in the legal and insurance industries. He served as an associate, senior associate and then partner with respected insurance coverage law firms, later working in the Excess Casualty unit of Zurich Insurance Company before joining Founders.
