$100,000 Worth of Copper Stolen From North Dakota Business
The Forum newspaper reports that Dakota Electric Construction Co. reported the theft of 52 large spools of copper, which can bring high prices when sold for scrap metal.
Police Lt. Joel Vettel says it’s the second major copper theft in the Fargo area in as many weeks.
The theft of more than $30,000 worth of copper from a Jamestown business also was reported earlier this month.
