Waterloo, Iowa Police Investigate 11 Damaged Squad Cars
Authorities in Waterloo, Iowa., are investigating the vandalism of 11 police squad cars.
The Waterloo Police Department discovered broken windshields on the Ford Crown Victoria vehicles on Monday. They were parked by city gas pumps on Black Hawk Street.
The Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier reports the cars had been rotated out of the department fleet for newer replacements. They were set to be auctioned.
Authorities say there are no arrests in the case.
