IICF Names Cummins Executive Director of its Midwest Division
The Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation named Mary Cummins executive director of its Midwest Division. She will be responsible for leading IICF’s philanthropic initiatives in the Midwestern region, including local nonprofit grant programs and the Division’s annual series of fundraising, volunteer and networking events.
Cummins will champion the expansion of the Division through the development and implementation of key growth strategies and the maintenance of ongoing relationships with the executive committee, board, and foundation team. As executive director of the Midwest Division, she will also oversee the growth of IICF’s Ohio Chapter.
Cummins brings more than 10 years of experience in the profit and nonprofit sectors. Prior to joining IICF, she spent five years with the Juvenile Protective Association in Chicago, where she developed and implemented strategies to increase the organization’s visibility and services to prospective donors and the overall community. Most recently, she served as a marketing manager at insurance broker Swett and Crawford, gaining significant experience in the insurance industry.
