The Main Street America Group Adopts ActivePhoto for ‘Virtual’ Claim Documentation Management
ActivePhoto, a provider of web-based digital image workflow solutions, announced that The Main Street America Group has become a user of its PC Express application.
“This solution is simple and effective for our claims professional who must manage vast amounts of documentation in real-time, for our customers and colleagues who are in a variety of locations. It streamlines the work and avoids unnecessary or duplicative activities,” according to Steve Canty, vice president of Claims for The Main Street America Group.
ActivePhoto’s solution enables service providers to dispatch job assignments, like an insurance claim, using either a web browser or the PC Express desktop application to generate auto-job assignments.
Once received the adjusters easily capture digital photos, then upload the photos and documents from multiple systems into claim folders that can be dynamically reviewed and approved from a web browser. All authorized Main Street America Group staff now have immediate access to their claims by logging into the 128-bit SSL secure account hosted by ActivePhoto.
“Our appraisers and large independent vendor network can now quickly and easily assemble a complete claim report with documents, photos, estimates, bills from all the involved parties. It is uploaded with a single click, for our review and processing. There is no waiting for a necessary document anymore. This means we can close a claim file and satisfy a policyholder more efficiently and quickly,” added Canty.
