Dent Wizard Retains CSi Complete Services for Customer Satisfaction Indexing Initiatives
With the spring hail season virtually upon much of the country, Dent Wizard announced that they would utilize CSi Complete’s customer satisfaction indexing program as a component of overall marketing, management and measurement efforts.
“With a variety of customers to satisfy in this business, from insurance companies to repair facilities and of course the vehicle owner, we view this as an integral part of our service and growth plans,” said Jim Eisenbeis, vice president of Dent Wizard International.
For CSi Complete, the addition of Dent Wizard reportedly further solidifies an expertise at servicing the collision repair and claims industry.
“Traditionally, CSI may have been viewed as something that an insurer or repair facility does. Now we see that there are applications for most businesses in this industry, and the reason for that is there is a solid return on investment for the services we provide,” said John Webb, vice president of marketing for CSi Complete.
Dent Wizard International has been a provider in the Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) industry since 1983. Cox Enterprises, a multi-billion dollar company with extensive experience in the automotive industry, acquired Dent Wizard in 2000. Today, Dent Wizard is the world’s largest PDR company with operations throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.
CSi Complete is an independent market research company with special expertise in the automotive, claims and customer satisfaction indexing industries.
