The Hartford Unveils Internet-Based Self-Service Reporting for its Group Benefits Employer Customers
The Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. announced that Internet-based self- service reporting is now available nationwide to its group life and disability insurance customers, providing them immediate online access to standard reports that help them monitor and manage their group benefits plans.
The self-service reporting capability is available through Employer View, The Hartford’s secure Web site for its employer customers, who at any time can access the most commonly requested status and activity reports.
These include medical underwriting status reports, reports that detail short-term and long-term disability claim status, disability transaction details of claims payments processed within the last month, and long-term disability valuation, which provides the latest available reserve information for long- term disability claims. Customers can request, view, print and download the reports. Employers who became customers of The Hartford through the recent acquisition of CNA’s group life, accident and disability benefits business will have access to self-service reporting when systems integration is complete.
