NIAG to Utilize ProcessClaims’ Solution for Management
The Nonprofits Insurance Alliance Group, whose mission is to be a stable source of reasonably priced liability insurance for 501(c)(3) nonprofits, will use ProcessClaims for enhanced claims processing for their automobile coverage lines.
The ProcessClaims Solution incorporates a customized business process management platform to streamline the resolution of material damage claims throughout the claims organization and their trading partners.
“Nonprofits Insurance Alliance Group is investing in technology solutions to provide maximum customer service and at the same time create internal operating efficiencies,” said Charles Hewitt, vice president of Claims for the group. “The ProcessClaims solution should allow us to fully automate our unique business rules in handling material damage claims.”
The Nonprofits Insurance Alliance Group is made up of four companies: Nonprofits’ Insurance Alliance of California (NIAC), Alliance of Nonprofits for Insurance, Risk Retention Group (ANI-RRG), National Alliance of Nonprofits for Insurance (NANI) and Alliance Member Services (AMS).
The Nonprofits Insurance Alliance Group currently provides coverage in 19 states plus D.C. and insures more than 6,000 nonprofits.
