Compli Unveils Auto Dealer Liability Management System
Compli has launched the new Compli Dealer Liability Management System (DLMS), a system designed for compliance and risk management for auto dealerships.
Through a recent alliance with national employment law firm Fisher & Phillips LLP, the new DLMS features new functionality and content from the law firm’s subsidiary, PreventionPoint LLC.
The new Compli DLMS controls, tracks, reports on, and automates regulatory compliance operations within auto dealerships. The new DLMS mitigates liabilities via an early warning system that prevents unnecessary fines and claims and reportedly reduces overhead costs.
Steve Bryan, Compli’s senior vice president of sales and marketing said, “With the new Compli DLMS, auto dealers can easily and confidently manage regulatory compliance throughout the entire employee lifecycle. What’s more, the Compli DLMS will add to dealers’ bottom lines by saving money on hiring, overhead, litigation, and insurance.”
The new Compli DLMS features a Pre-Hire Applicant Tracking System. With it, dealerships can now manage the entire employment lifecycle — from job postings, applications, and applicant screening through orientation, required training, policy sign-off and tracking, to separation and permanent record retention.
The new DLMS also features dealer-specific legal content, with policies and guidelines on Telemarketing, Advertising and Disclosure, Packing, Money Laundering, Spot Delivery, and more. This content is designed to guide dealers through the maze of industry regulations that could generate liabilities for their businesses. The Compli DLMS features a new 24/7 Administrator Support Web site for immediate support. It also includes the new Compli Ignition iWSTM integration web services for easy communication among the operations managers and single-point software solutions within a dealership.
With Compli’s new Three-Day Rollout service, dealerships can reportedly begin to uncover, report on, and mitigate liabilities right away to save money on litigation, insurance, and overhead.
The rollout begins with a customer meeting to determine compliance priorities, followed by Web site set-up, then DLMS deployment and employee training.
