Rain and Hail Announces Executive Management Promotions
Rain and Hail, the agricultural insurance division of the ACE Group headquartered in Johnston, Iowa, announced several promotions among its executive management team.
Bob Haney has been appointed chairman. Through his nearly thirty-year career with the company, Haney has held various positions of increasing responsibility in claims and executive management, serving most recently as president of Rain and Hail.
Michael Coleman has been appointed president with executive responsibility for leading the company’s day-to-day operations. Coleman has been with ACE and its predecessor companies for more than twenty five years. He has been responsible for the company’s crop business and served as a director on the board.
Scott Arnold, current senior vice president of Rain and Hail, has been appointed executive vice president, Field Operations. Arnold will oversee all marketing and business development operations, including management of the company’s nine field offices. He will drive the company’s distribution strategy with a focus on expanded specialty product offerings for the farm and commercial agriculture segments.
