Paul Davis Names Kim Kelley Contents Division Manager
Paul Davis Restoration, Inc., a national provider of water, fire and mold damage clean up and restoration services for residential and commercial properties named Kim Kelley contents division manager.
In her new role, Kelley will be responsible for creating, developing and implementing the franchise network’s contents cleaning and handling strategies, protocols and procedures. Specifically, Kelley is actively growing the content services capabilities for the more than 300 locally-owned offices in the U.S. including the Paul Davis Restoration, Paul Davis Restoration and Remodeling and Paul Davis Emergency Services brands. Additionally, she will focus on overall process development and improvement, education and training, equipment and technology utilization, operational and facility consulting, business development and marketing strategies.
Kelley has extensive experience in the insurance and restoration field and has served as an adjuster for a national insurance company. She has also worked for local Paul Davis offices in contents cleaning, project management and estimating. She is certified from The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
