In2vate Named Roger Duffield President
On November 6, 2012, in2vate, a risk management company, named Roger Duffield CPCU, ARM, president.
Prior to joining the company, Duffield was the director of claims and risk services at Christian Brothers Services, a long-time in2vate client that has administered cooperative programs in the areas of health/retirement, property/casualty and consulting/technology to church organizations for over 50 years. He worked in property/casualty, and was responsible for all claims and risk services to more than 1200 Catholic organizations.
With over 25 years of experience in the claims and risk management fields, Duffield has a strong background in employment practices and safe environment program management. He has also held positions as a multi-line claims adjuster, branch claim manager, regional subrogation manager and risk control coordinator. His broad experience encompasses personal lines, commercial insurance, alternative risk financing along with managing third-party claims and risk control dedicated units.
He holds the CPCU and ARM designations and currently serves on the National Standards and Practices Committee for Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and was previously a member of a national advisory group for safe environments. In addition, he has taught courses for the Insurance School of Chicago and is a regular speaker at various national conferences.
