Lee Wright Joins DMA Specialty Claims Division as AVP
David Morse & Associates (DMA), a national claims services provider, announced the addition of Lee Wright as assistant vice president of its Specialty Claims Division.
The Specialty Claims Division is focused on high exposure complex liability losses.
“The addition of Lee Wright is excellent news for Specialty Claims and for our clients.” said Roy Leeds, VP Specialty Claims. “Lee is a past president of the Construction Defect Claim Manager Association and Lead Chair of the Construction Committee of the Council on Litigation Management. A substantial portion of our business involves construction defect claims and litigation and our work will now be managed and overseen by one of the most qualified CD specialists in the country.
DMA’s Specialty Claims Division is composed entirely of claims specialists with insurance defense litigation experience, with most of them having law degrees. The division handles individual assignments and claims administration from 20 locations in 15 states (and growing), specializing in CD, Professional, Products and Employer Liability. The division also handles mandatory settlement conferences and mediations nationwide for a flat rate.
Wright most recently held the position of AVP – senior claims consultant with XL in Los Angeles and construction defect litigation manager for Harleysville Insurance in Nashville.
His prior experience includes handling litigated transportation claims for St. Paul Insurance and general liability, products, auto and employer’s liability litigated claims for Travelers.
