Wardlaw Announces Adjuster App Update for iPhone/iPad and New Android App
The WCS App has made Wardlaw adjusters more efficient in real time since its first release in April of 2013. Only adjusters deployed by Wardlaw, with a Wardlaw email address, can use the app.
The update to version 2.0 includes:
- More Intuitive Navigation – Using the familiar Apple appearance.
- Adjuster Check-In From Anywhere! – Like Wardlawclaims.com, this feature tells Wardlaw Management where an adjuster is available. Adjusters no longer need to type “@wardlawclaims.com” on the password screen: it’s preloaded.
- View Claim Locations on a Map – “Map All Open Claims” shows all of the logged-in adjuster’s open claims on a map at the same time.
- Easy Loss Report Viewer – No need to boot up a computer and open Catapult.
- Integrated Pitch Gauge – Upload pitch images and information to Catapult.
- As the angle of the phone changes, the pitch changes.
- Tap the camera button to take a picture of the roof.
- Send all information to Catapult: Pitch, angle and a photo.
- Determine Weather at a Loss Location via the Current Weather Link – From the National Weather Service.
- Improve Contact With Insureds – Text the insured from the app.
- Add Contact Notes More Easily – Enter Contact and Inspection notes without leaving the detail screen.
For adjusters who work with Wardlaw, who are interested in installing it, the app is in the iTunes store.
In addition, Wardlaw now has a new version of the WCS App for Android featuring:
- On the Road – Adjuster check-in from anywhere, no computer required.
- Intuitive, Easy to Find Functions – Using the familiar Android look and feel.
- Adjuster Account Summary
- View an Open Claim List
- View Claims Loss Reports
- Add and Update File Notes On the Fly – Sync with Catapult.
- View Claim Locations on a Map – Map open claims shows all of the logged in adjuster’s open claims on a map at the same time.
- Stay in Contact – Make phone calls, send email, text messages and map claims from the claim detail screen.
- No Camera? No problem! Take photos or use existing photos and upload them to Catapult.
- Determine Weather at a Loss Location via the Current Weather Link – From the National Weather Service.
The Android app is currently available in the download section of Catapult.
