Aon eSolutions is now Ventiv Technology

Aon eSolutions’ leadership team announced that it has changed its name to Ventiv Technology following Aon plc’s sale of the company to Symphony Technology Group.

As a cloud-based risk management information systems provider, Ventiv delivers innovative risk management, claims administration, auditing and safety management systems.

An independent, privately-held company, Chicago-based Ventiv Technology will maintain close relations with Aon as the parties have entered into a multi-year distribution agreement through which Aon will resell exclusively Ventiv’s iVOS (insurance processing software platform) and RiskConsole (risk management information system) solutions.
