Engle Martin Hires Ketch and Laytin, Promotes Funnell

Atlanta-based Engle Martin & Associates, a national independent adjusting and third-party claims administrative services, has announced the additions of John Ketch and Bentley Laytin as well as the promotion of Richard Funnell.

John Ketch has been appointed senior vice president of Business Development. Ketch has extensive sales experience in the insurance industry and most recently served as the vice president of Sales at an international adjusting firm where he worked for nearly twenty years. He served in a variety of business development roles focusing on MGA/MGU business, London Markets, claims management services, and program business. In his new role, Ketch will further strengthen Engle Martin’s position in these markets.

Bentley Laytin has joined Engle Martin as senior vice president, Western Region Field Operations. Laytin has a total of 17 years of experience, most recently serving as the vice president Operations at a loss adjusting company where his duties included market and product strategy and development. Prior to that, he managed the company’s western region. Laytin’s reputation and track record in the region will help ensure Engle Martin’s further expansion in the western United States.

Additionally, Richard Funnell has been promoted to senior vice president of Business Development. Funnell has been with Engle Martin for over ten years serving in key operations and marketing capacities. In his new position, Funnell will focus on the western region’s client development and client relationships as well as close collaboration with Engle Martin’s national sales team.
